As our Lead Tech, you'll oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, and perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation as one of our top auto repair shops.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
- Lead and train a team of automotive technicians
- Assign and schedule repair jobs for efficiency
- Collaborate with service advisors on estimates and parts
- Ensure safety compliance and shop cleanliness
- Stay current with automotive technology and tools
- Maintain accurate service records in shop management system
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
