AZUMA mainly uses Whirlpool brand equipment and is an authorized provider for Whirlpool service company.
We are looking for a washer and dryer appliance installation delivery driver and marketing representative that is flexible and can also assist with inventory in our warehouse. In this role you are key in ensuring total customer satisfaction. Previous delivery and installation experience is preferred but not required. Company truck and equipment provided. Individual must possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed. You will also assist with marketing calls, updating records in the system, updating excel spread sheets, and talking to leasing agents and managers. If you are detail oriented, self-starting, and work well in a team environment, this position is right for you.
In addition to the qualities listed above, the right candidate must possess the following:
- Warehouse organization, pull, load, deliver and pickup appliances
- The ability to work independently with little supervision
- The ability to climb stairs on a regular basis
- The ability to lift or maneuver 50 lbs and occasionally 125 lbs.
- Assist with all marketing inquires via phone, email, and chat.
- Keep up to date on company offers and products.
- Complete marketing and competitive surveys as needed.
- Support in market research: provide detailed data and market trends.
- Arrange for marketing materials to be sent to properties based on results from survey or marketing call.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing, high energy, high volume environment
- Able to operate a computer, printer, telephone, copier, scanner
* Must be 21 yrs of age and hold a valid state driver's license.
