Responsibilities
- Provide individual/family/couples counseling services to clients with a range of mental health and behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services..
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health and aging issues counseling.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a LPC/LSW in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in providing clinical counseling services.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
