Job Description
Define and drive performance testing strategy for applications.
Design and execute load, stress, spike, and endurance testing for large scale systems.
Lead performance analysis to identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Use performance and monitoring tools to interpret system behavior and trends.
- Validate solutions against performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Provide go / no go recommendations for releases based on performance risk assessment.
- Deliver clear performance reports and insights to technical and managerial stakeholders.
- Define and improve performance engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
Salary Range: $95,000 to $107,000 per year
