- Experience: Proven track record in auto body repair and collision work.
- Certification: Preferably have current I-CAR certification.

Job Description :
1) Structural worker ( Flat Rate position)
Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Structural Worker to handle heavy collision and frame repair.
What You'll Do:
- Set up frame machines and execute heavy structural pulls.
- Weld automotive components (MIG/TIG).
- Align and repair vehicle frames, unibody structures, and core supports.
What We Need:
- Proven experience with frame machines and pulling systems.
- Strong structural welding skills.
- Ability to read measuring data for precise alignment.
2) Automotive Buffer
Role Overview: We are looking for an Automotive Buffer to prepare, finish, and clean vehicles, while keeping our shop clean and organized.
What You'll Do:
- Buff, polish, and wet-sand vehicles to a high-quality finish.
- Prep and clean cars thoroughly before and after painting.
- Clean and maintain the shop, equipment, and workspace daily.
What We Need:
- Experience with high-speed buffers, polishers, and compound application.
- Strong attention to detail in vehicle prep and cleaning.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to keeping a clean shop environment.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
