Blue Broom Commercial Cleaning is currently hiring reliable cleaners for a local church facility in Paradise, TX. This position includes cleaning classrooms, kids areas, offices, restrooms, lobbies, and general common spaces throughout the church campus.
We’re looking for someone who:

This is a long-term, stable position with consistent weekly hours and opportunity for additional hours as the company grows.
Weekly Schedule:
- Tuesday: 5 PM – 10 PM
- Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM
- Sunday: 2 PM – 7 PM
Duties:
- Follow cleaning schedules according to client specifications
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and remove trash
- Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, kids areas, and common spaces
- Work efficiently while maintaining strong quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete assignments effectively
- Accept feedback positively and implement improvements quickly
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to stay active throughout shifts
- Excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred but not required
