Position Overview
We are actively hiring for two Sales Associate / Project Manager roles. This is a unique, self-produced position where you're responsible for generating your own leads, managing the full lifecycle of each project, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Think of yourself as the CEO of your own roofing division, backed by a team that supports your success.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own sales leads (residential and/or commercial).
- Conduct roof inspections and provide professional assessments.
- Educate homeowners and property managers on restoration solutions.
- Manage each job from contract to completion, including client communication and project coordination.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and proactive approach with customers.
- Attend company training and development sessions regularly.

Compensation
This is a commission-based role. Your income is 100% determined by your efforts and results. High performers regularly earn six figures annually. If you're looking for a capped salary, this probably isn’t for you.
