Responsibilities
Partner Success
- Support ISO, ISV, and agent relationships
- Coordinate partner onboarding and activation
- Conduct partner follow-ups and status updates
- Assist with partner issue resolution and escalation
- Participate in partner meetings and account reviews
Project & Integration Coordination
- Track onboarding and implementation milestones
- Monitor integration and deployment progress
- Coordinate between partners and internal teams
- Maintain accurate project updates and documentation
Operations Support
- Track underwriting conditions and pending items
- Coordinate merchant onboarding activities
- Assist with hardware deployment and fulfillment
- Maintain CRM records and operational reporting
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, fintech, customer success, account management, or partner support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Experience working with ISO, ISV, VAR, or merchant onboarding preferred
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
