Nextface Solutions, a boutique sales and business development firm, is hiring a Customer Sales Assistant to support a nationally recognized telecommunications campaign throughout the Concord area. Through direct customer interaction at retail campaigns and promotional events, the Customer Sales Assistant helps customers explore wireless solutions that fit their needs while creating positive brand experiences.
As a Customer Sales Assistant, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, wireless solutions, and sales development. The Customer Sales Assistant works directly with event attendees, retail customers, and prospective customers, helping them navigate available wireless services, understand their options, and identify solutions that improve their everyday connectivity. Every Customer Sales Assistant contributes to overall sales growth by creating positive customer experiences and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
Your day-to-day as a Customer Sales Assistant will look like:
- Meeting directly with customers at retail campaigns and promotional events to discuss wireless services, available promotions, and communication solutions
- Building relationships with customers through professional, in-person interactions
- Driving sales growth through consultative conversations focused on customer needs
- Helping customers compare wireless products and services to identify solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Assisting with enrollments, upgrades, service changes, and account support
- Representing wireless products and services at promotional campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support long-term sales growth
- Following up with customers to maintain satisfaction and provide ongoing support
- Developing communication, relationship-building, and sales skills through hands-on experience as a Customer Sales Assistant
Ideal qualifications for a Customer Sales Assistant include:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in customer engagement, wireless technology, promotional marketing, or sales
- Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, campus organizations, events, or other customer-facing environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in customer interactions
- Motivated to develop professionally as a Customer Sales Assistant
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ability to reliably commute to our onsite Concord office location
