Responsibilities:
- Food - Kitchen Opening, Receiving Orders, Prep List, Station Stocking, Consistency, Hot, Cold, High Quality,
- Communication - Communicating effectively with the Leads and Teammates
- Staff - Maintain positive culture and team environment
- Safety - Safe with proper training with equipment, maintenance, and food.
- Sanitation - Kept up to food sanitation standards and a clean/organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a banquet, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
