We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing and assembling waterfront docks and stairs
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist team in driving pin piling for docks and stairs
- Collaborate with team members on-site to complete projects within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, reporting any hazards or concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry.
- Ability to maneuver truck and trailer (under 20,000-lb gross)
- Welding skills appreciated
- On-water experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
