Anctil Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can handle both service and installation across residential and light commercial systems.

What You’ll Do
-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Replace components and complete system upgrades
-
Work on split systems, package units, and mini-splits
-
Complete service documentation using field software
-
Provide professional, customer-focused service
-
Participate in an on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years of HVAC experience (service + install preferred)
-
Experience in both residential and light commercial systems
-
EPA 608 Certification (required)

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
-
Comfortable working independently in the field

Experience with gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools

Ability to read schematics and technical manuals

Valid driver’s license
Preferred Certifications

Oregon LEB license
-
WA 06A license is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work in commercial settings (indoor/outdoor environments)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces

Exposure to varying weather conditions
