We are seeking a new Estimator & Procurement Manager to join our team. Your role will include completing takeoffs, bills of materials, developing scopes of work, compiling estimates/budgets, and negotiating material/sub-contractor buyout.
As a member of the General Construction division, you will work with the Project Management team and report directly to Senior Management/Ownership.
What You Will Do:
- Estimates/Takeoffs
- Bills of Materials
- Scopes of Work
- Solicit Quotes/Proposals (Labor/Materials)
- Materials and Sub-Contract Buyout
- Purchase Orders/Sub-Contract Issuance
- Submittals
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and the following software skills:

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
