Duties
- Serve our menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food safety practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
