Baseline Requirements for All Roles
To maintain our high safety and service standards, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Ability to pass a drug screen (includes screening for marijuana *in all forms*, illicit drugs, etc.).
- A positive, growth-oriented attitude and strong team spirit!
Open Positions & Specific Duties
1. Warehouse Team Member
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy a collaborative environment, this is your spot. You’ll keep our inventory moving like a real-life game of Tetris.
- Daily Operations: Participate in receiving, storage, precision inventory control, and delivery prep with strict quality checks.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely handle trucks and delivery vehicles, ensuring high-value furniture and fixtures are labeled and tracked perfectly.
- Tech & Data: Maintain accurate records using Excel, Google Sheets, and our proprietary warehouse management software.
- Equipment Ops: Safely operate warehouse tools including dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Physical Demands: Must be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs. solo (and up to 350 lbs. with a team-lift).
2. Delivery Teams & Drivers (All License Levels)
Schedule: Year-round work availability, 4 and 5 days per week schedules
Pay Scale (Based on Experience & License):
- Movers & Delivery Team: $18-28 / hour
- Box Truck Drivers (Non-CDL): $18-28 / hour
- Class A Drivers & Movers: $23-28 / hour
- Plus: Cash incentives for 5-star reviews!
No experience? No problem—we will train you! If you want to get your Class A Commercial Drivers License, we even provide company sponsorship and assistance based on qualifications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service directly to customers' homes and commercial project sites during pickups and deliveries.
- On-Site Logistics: Pack, load, breakdown, unpack, and perform basic installation of household goods and office furniture.
- Driving & Navigation: Safely navigate 26’ box trucks (or heavy commercial vehicles) through residential and commercial areas using basic delivery software.
- Physical Demands: Highly physical role—must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. solo (and 350 lbs. in a team lift) a great way to stay fit all year round. Drivers must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
3. Delivery / Warehouse Hybrid Team Member
Schedule: 5-day week during Monday – Saturday (Overtime hours available)
Pay: $18-22 / hour (Based on experience)
This full-time role is designed for the versatile professional who can master warehouse logistics and step up to handle local route deliveries seamlessly.
- Hybrid Logistics: Balance core warehouse duties (receiving, inventory management, and loading) with active local route deliveries.
- Inventory Control: Master our internal inventory tracking systems and keep digital logs updated via Excel and Google Sheets.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the broader logistics team wherever needed, ensuring high-end residential and hospitality fixtures flow seamlessly from storage to final destination.
- Physical Demands: Comfortable working in time-sensitive, highly physical environments.
