-Must live within 15 minutes of the property.
-Starting pay range is $22-$25/hr.
-Weekly property inspections of interior and exterior of apartment buildings.
-Inspect and do repairs and maintenance in apartments, on appliances, doors, etc. Make note of issues or areas that need attention, light bulbs, batteries, doors, windows that aren't functioning properly.
-Touch up painting and wall patching.
-Tenant maintenance requests, diagnose and fix mechanical problems and or coordinate with property manager on further action needed (plumber/electrician/HVAC/appliance tech needed, etc.)
-Assist in annual parking garage cleanout at apartment buildings.
-Monitor and change furnace filters at apartment buildings.
-Maintain and update maintenance logs on various mechanical components.
-Effectively communicate with property managers about maintenance issues, ongoing and arising.
-Basic computer and ipad skills. Will be trained on maintenance software.
