Metroplex Concrete is seeking an experienced Residential Field Manager / Field Superintendent to join our residential operations team.
Established in 1990, Metroplex Concrete is a well-respected turnkey concrete construction company serving some of the area's leading home builders. Our reputation has been built on professionalism, quality workmanship, reliability, and long-term relationships with our clients.
As a turnkey concrete contractor, we manage projects from dirt to foundation. Our clients rely on us to coordinate crews, schedules, inspections, quality control, and communication throughout the construction process with minimal builder involvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential concrete foundation projects from form set through foundation completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, and scheduling activities
- Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to company standards
- Communicate effectively with builders, inspectors, suppliers, and internal team members
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain safe and organized jobsites
- Represent Metroplex Concrete professionally with clients and trade partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential concrete construction
- Previous experience managing jobsites, crews, and schedules
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Commitment to maintaining the reputation and standards of Metroplex Concrete
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA certification preferred
- OSHA certification will be required upon employment if not currently certified
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments

Pay: $69,799.59 - $80,000.00 per year
