Job Summary:
The Kitter is responsible for preparing, organizing, and staging kits of stainless-steel parts,
components, and materials required to support fabrication, assembly, and production
operations. This role supports production by ensuring materials are accurate, complete, clearly
identified, and available when needed to minimize downtime and improve workflow. The Kitter
works closely with production, planning, and inventory teams to support efficient and safe shop

Salary Range: $18 - $21 per hour
Primary Functions:
? Deliver raw materials, components, and supplies to production lines according to production
schedules
? Stage materials at designated workstations to support uninterrupted production flow
? Monitor material usage and notify inventory or supervision of shortages or replenishment needs
? Remove completed parts, empty containers, and scrap from production areas as required
? Maintain accurate material flow by following job travelers, kanban signals, or work instructions
? Ensure materials are properly labeled, handled, and stored in accordance with company
standards
? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S
requirements
? Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
? Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve
material flow
? Support production operators as needed

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or GED required
? Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
