About Us
AMIN New York is a luxury custom suiting brand serving discerning clients who expect exceptional craftsmanship and an elevated client experience. We're expanding our Miami presence and looking for a Store Manager & Sales Lead to help drive that growth.
The Role
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role. As Director of Client Relations, you'll work directly alongside the owner to manage day-to-day store operations while driving sales and building lasting client relationships. Think of it as a right-hand role — someone who can run the floor, close sales, and represent the brand at the highest level.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily store operations in our Miami location
- Drive sales through client consultations, fittings, and relationship management
- Build and maintain a client book of repeat, high-value customers
- Represent the brand with polish, professionalism, and genuine client care
- Collaborate directly with ownership on strategy, merchandising, and client development
- Help train and oversee junior staff as the Miami team grows
What We're Looking For
- **Significant experience** in luxury retail, luxury sales, or high-end menswear (this is not an entry-level or general retail role)
- A proven track record of closing sales and building client relationships in a premium environment
- Polished communication and presentation — comfortable engaging high-net-worth clientele
- Strong operational instincts — inventory, scheduling, day-to-day store management
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and sound judgment
- Passion for menswear, tailoring, or fashion is a strong plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience
- Uncapped commission on sales
- Total compensation has strong upside for the right performer
