About the Role
As a Field Service HVAC Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring residential climate control systems operate at peak efficiency. You will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose complex mechanical issues and provide lasting solutions that restore comfort to our clients' homes.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on residential heating, cooling, and ventilation units to ensure optimal system performance.

Manage the end-to-end installation of modern HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, boilers, and high-efficiency air conditioning systems.

Conduct proactive preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected system failures.

Deliver exceptional service by clearly explaining technical findings and repair options to homeowners.

Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with all local building codes and industry regulations during every service visit.

Document all service activities and equipment status accurately to ensure seamless record-keeping and follow-up.
Qualifications-
Proven professional experience in residential HVAC service and installation.

Strong proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, wiring schematics, and blueprints.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate various indoor and outdoor work environments.

Current EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.

Prior exposure to light commercial HVAC systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage independent service routes efficiently.
