Pinz Kitchen + Bar is looking for a strong Team Player to join our fast-paced kitchen and events team. We are a high-volume bowling and entertainment venue with a full kitchen that includes grill, flat top, fryer, pizza station, banquet production, and dishwashing responsibilities.
This is not a one-station kitchen. Everyone works together and shares responsibilities to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Applicants must:
- Have a current Food Handler Card
- Have basic kitchen experience and skills
- Be comfortable using knives and practicing safe food handling
- Know how to prepare basic menu items such as:
- Hamburgers
- Chicken sandwiches
- Nachos
- Pizzas
- Be willing to rotate and assist in all areas of the kitchen
- Work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Shared Responsibilities Include
- Pizza station
- Grill station
- Expo/window
- Fry station
- Changing Fryer oil
- Event and banquet food preparation
- Dishwashing
- Cleaning and kitchen maintenance
- Closing and breakdown duties
All team members help where needed. Some shifts may require working independently, while busy nights and events require strong teamwork and communication.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and move kitchen equipment/products
- Comfortable working in heat and during high-volume service
- Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
