Duties
- Perform tire service tasks such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacing tires with precision and care
- Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using hand tools and power tools efficiently
- Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic automotive diagnostics to identify necessary repairs
- Use mechanical knowledge to support vehicle maintenance tasks, including brake inspections and fluid replacements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently
Requirements
- Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tools, and maintenance procedures
- Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy tires or equipment regularly during service tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Service technician experience or related automotive service background is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and maintenance procedures

Pay: $18.00 - $29.38 per hour
