We are seeking a marketing professional to manage activities in support of telecom-related products resulting in increased customer acquisition and increased sales. You will develop and implement the strategic marketing plans and stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the growth of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing many aspects of marketing such as online content, optimization, advertising, enhance user experiences, and maximize the return of marketing investments.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking professional with excellent communication skills to successfully perform marketing activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination and development of wholesale and retail telecom service products for customer acquisition and retention
- Plan and implement marketing programs and promotions supporting the sale of telecom products through direct sales and the internet
- Product strategy definition, product roadmap development, requirements and pricing analysis
- Sales and product development to existing and potential customers
- Management of search engine marketing and natural search optimization initiatives
- Conduct competitive research, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising and paid inclusion management
- Writing creative copy for use in the media campaign ads, develop relevant keyword sets for advertising campaigns
- Lead ongoing management of email marketing to support internal clients, track progress and outcomes of campaigns
- Detailed reporting and analysis of online marketing creating recommendations towards the achievement of campaign strategy
- Planning, executing, monitoring progress and tracking ad spending and reporting on marketing campaigns
- Develop new content and update content as needed
- Ensure the web sites design and content meets optimization requirements and standards, execute web analysis/ usability
- Developing and maintaining campaigns within various paid inclusion and shopping engine programs
- Strategic planning and analysis to determine the most profitable mixture of paid/free media/inclusion expenditures
- Strong ability to build effective working relationships with varies ranges of clients
- Collect data, analysis, product costing, sales and market/consumer research
- Continuous promotion of company products and services. Selling to diverse markets, supplying periodic industry reviews in relation to customer needs, pricing strategies and competitive products
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with contacts within the customer base and prospects
- Work to prioritize customer needs and those requirements necessary to meet competitive demands
- Develop and execute sales promotions via direct sales, web sites, email and direct mail
- Marketing products to prospective clients, solidifying the sale and providing after sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat/renewal sales
- Expected to achieve monthly sales quota and customer retention goals and provide reports on activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years professional experience
- Background in SEO/SEM, online marketing and web sites management environment preferred but not required
- Solid understanding of online marketing best practices
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Ability to show a quality portfolio in the areas of internet search engine and other related projects
- Excellent understanding of web design, usability and user centered content development
- Excellent understanding of internet marketing concepts, online marketing practices, internet marketing process
- Historical track record of achieving results is a must
- Strong analytical and optimization skills with a focus on ROI
- Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills
- Customer orientation is critical
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- General understanding of HTML required, however, this position is not a Web development
- Comfortable with technology and experience with online applications
- Excellent writing and communication skills of the English language, demonstrated expertise in writing for the web
- Bachelors Degree and two years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the marketing field
