Job Summary as of 06/09/2026:
Our finance and real estate office is looking for individuals with strong values and a passion for helping others. We are currently seeking candidates to fill part-time positions as Personal Financial Consultants for our Aiea, HI office location. Hours are negotiable. Paid training. No prior experience needed but a clean background is required. We provide all training and state licensing. This is a hybrid position in which you have the flexibility to work remotely from home and/or the office.
Location: Hawaii –Hybrid/ Remote Within the State
Estimated First-Year Earnings: $16,000–$100,000 (Performance-Based)
Qualifications as of 06/09/2026:
- Must be a current Resident of Hawaii (Oahu Preferred)
- No previous work experience in the industry required
- Must pass a federal background check and fingerprinting
- Willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Zoom Video Conferencing
- High character and a heart to serve others
- Ability to commute to Aiea Office during probationary/training period
Duties as of 06/09/2026:
- Will be trained on how to properly communicate basic financial education and concepts to new and existing clients
- Will be trained to create basic financial plans for new and existing clients
- Will be trained to analyze and compare financial statements for new and existing clients
- Will be trained to professionally recommend alternative financial strategies to help new and existing clients reduce their debt, protect their assets, and grow their net worth.
