Our Pasadena location is seeking a passionate and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients.
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and other items following our recipes.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Label, store, and rotate food properly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support the line cooks and kitchen team during service.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organized, and a team player.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades
- Lavar, cortar y preparar verduras, frutas, carnes y otros ingredientes.
- Preparar salsas, aderezos y otros productos siguiendo nuestras recetas.
- Mantener la cocina limpia, organizada y abastecida.
- Etiquetar, almacenar y rotar los alimentos correctamente.
- Seguir las normas de higiene, limpieza y seguridad alimentaria.
- Apoyar a los cocineros de línea durante el servicio.
Requisitos
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en cocina o preparación de alimentos.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.
- Ser responsable, organizado y trabajar bien en equipo.
- Poder permanecer de pie durante largos períodos y levantar hasta 40 libras.
- Hablar inglés y español es una ventaja, pero no es un requisito.
