We are seeking candidates that have strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel. Duties include: Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals; upgrading or replacing hardware and software systems; answering help desk calls and responding to requests in a timely fashion; assisting with rollout of new desktop products & upgrades; assisting other team members with various IT administrative tasks; assisting in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of new and existing servers. This is a hands-on position which includes helpdesk support of traveling and remote users, and personal involvement in day-to-day end-user support.
