We’re growing and looking for a talented Interior Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Role Overview
This role combines creative design work with hands-on project management. You’ll collaborate closely with owner and our design team to develop concepts, manage client communications, oversee projects, and ensure seamless project delivery.
You’ll be both a creative problem-solver and an organized project lead who loves seeing ideas come to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept development through final installation.
- Prepare design presentations, floor plans, elevations, and FF&E specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and trades to ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate calendars, installations, and onsite visits accross multiple active projects.
- Source materials, furnishings, and finishes aligned with project vision.
- Contribute to internal design reviews and creative brainstorms.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of interior design experience, preferably in residential or boutique design studios.
- Degree in Interior Design is a must.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of design documentation, purchasing, and project logistics.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
