We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Administrator to support the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of critical business data across multiple grocery store locations. This role is responsible for managing high-volume data entry, item setup, pricing updates, promotional information, and system records while ensuring consistency across POS and back-office platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong data management experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position plays a key role in supporting merchandising, operations, accounting, and leadership teams through accurate data administration and reporting.

Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance of item master records, UPCs, PLUs, departments, categories, and product attributes.

Create, update, and validate new product setups across multiple store locations.

Process pricing updates, promotional pricing changes, markdowns, and vendor-supported promotions.

Maintain accurate product, pricing, and promotional data across POS and back-office systems.

Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, validation, and quality control procedures.

Maintain organized documentation and records for data management processes.

Review, reconcile, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Conduct routine audits of product, pricing, and promotional information.

Support data governance initiatives and establish best practices for maintaining data quality.

Serve as a primary point of contact for stores regarding item, pricing, and data-related inquiries.

Collaborate with merchandising, purchasing, operations, vendors, and technology teams to resolve data issues.

Support system upgrades, process improvements, and data migration initiatives.

Assist with seasonal updates, product transitions, and company-wide data projects.

3+ years of experience in data entry, data administration, records management, retail administration, or related roles.

Experience maintaining large datasets with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, and reporting.

Familiarity with BR Data, Encore, Truno, or similar retail platforms.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 DOE
