Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage customer inquiries.
- Manage and set up gmail accounts
- Monitor and respond to company emails.
- Schedule and dispatch plumbers and field personnel.
- Coordinate with foremen and project managers.
- Communicate with customers, general contractors, and vendors.
- Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Maintain organized job files and company records.
- Support estimating and project management with administrative tasks.
- Help create and improve office systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office administration, dispatching, or office management experience preferred.
- Construction, plumbing, HVAC, or trades experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Service Titan, Jobber, or construction software is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
