The Opportunity
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry while developing meaningful relationships with your patients. You'll have the support of experienced dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members to help keep your schedule running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive general dental care
- Perform restorative procedures, crowns, fillings, extractions, and other general procedures
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and options to patients
- Provide exceptional chairside care and patient education
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records
- Work closely with the dental team and specialists when needed
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Professional and compassionate chairside manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
