Customer Sales Associate - Mallard Marketing
If you’re comfortable meeting new people, enjoy having real conversations, and like working toward goals you can actually measure, Mallard Marketing is growing its Riverside team and looking for a Customer Sales Associate.
This is an active, face-to-face role where you’ll connect with customers, introduce available wireless services, answer questions, and help people choose options that work for them. You’ll have support and training along the way, but you’ll also have the freedom to build confidence and develop your own approach with customers.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Sales Associate
- Connect with customers face-to-face in assigned areas
- Learn what each customer is looking for before recommending a wireless option
- As a Customer Sales Associate, explain available services, plans, and promotions in a simple, helpful way
- Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Build positive relationships through professional and genuine communication
- Keep customer and sales information accurate and organized
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Attend ongoing Customer Sales Associate training dedicated to wireless services, customer engagement, sales techniques, and professional development

- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
