Customer Service Representative

The Keilson Dayton Company is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and taking on a variety of responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime opportunities. Enjoy a stable Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off, plus six paid holidays each year.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Answer and direct incoming multi-line phone calls professionally and efficiently.
· Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and visitors at the front desk.
· Process invoices for same-day delivery orders.
· Enter customer orders accurately over the phone.
· Perform general filing and maintain organized office records.
· Monitor and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
· Assist with inventory-related tasks.
· Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
· Support daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Previous customer service experience.
· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing and 10-key data entry.
· Professional telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
· Cash handling experience preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
· Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
· Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
