Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate community programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
- Lead and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing mentorship and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Cultivate relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local organizations to enhance program reach and impact.
- Oversee program operations including budgeting, data collection, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements.
- Manage public speaking engagements, community events, and outreach activities to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Utilize social media management tools to increase visibility of programs and foster community participation through digital platforms.
- Coordinate grassroots community organizing efforts to engage culturally diverse populations and underserved communities effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, and leading community-based initiatives.
- Strong background in program development, project management, and community outreach strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in public speaking, social media management, marketing, and data collection methods.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, social work practices, and working with culturally diverse communities.
- Experience working with individuals from underserved populations; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Skilled in collaboration with community partners, grassroots organizing, youth program teaching, fundraising efforts, and client communication.
- Leadership qualities with excellent organizational skills; proficiency in technical tools for project tracking is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $59,947.95 per hour
