Tired of the ceiling at retail, fast food, or warehouse jobs? Onyx Fiber is hiring outside sales reps to promote high-speed fiber internet and smart home services to homeowners across the OKC metro.
This is a 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor position — no cap on what you can earn, and no experience required. We'll train you from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Walk residential neighborhoods and talk with homeowners
- Present fiber internet and smart home service options
- Help customers switch to faster, more reliable service
- Track your own leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Represent Onyx Fiber professionally in the field
Pay & Structure
- 100% commission — your income is directly tied to your sales
- Weekly payout on closed sales
- Our current new reps average $ 1,500-2,000+ per week *based on rep earnings per Month/Year
- Clear path to team lead / management roles based on performance
What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Comfortable walking outdoors for full shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communicator, self-motivated, coachable
- Someone who wants to control their own income
