Job specific details:
· The Interim Director of Perioperative Services is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of surgical services including operating rooms and recovery units.
· Manage daily operations of the operating room, pre-op, and PACU.
· Develop and implement goals, policies and procedures to improve surgical services and financial improvement.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
· Responsible for 12 operating rooms – the hospital currently 900 procedures per month.
· The Interim Director will assist with increasing case volume.
· Assist with lowering case add-ons – currently at 30%.
· Responsible for 250 FTEs across the OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Endo and SPD.
· Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
· AK RN License required or must obtain during onboarding process.
· Must be able to start 3-4 weeks after acceptance.

· W2 pay: $3900-$4000/week
· Anticipated start date: 2-3 weeks after acceptance
