Pay: $18.50–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

- Perform FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel, pipe, and metal components.

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.

Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding.

Operate fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, press brakes, and other shop machinery.

Measure and inspect materials using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Assist with rigging and safely move materials using cranes and forklifts.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Previous experience as a Flux Core Welder, Structural Fitter, or similar position required.

Strong FCAW welding skills; experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Experience with structural steel, pipe fitting, or ductwork is a plus.
