Position Summary:
As a Server at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, you'll be a key player in delivering outstanding hospitality by demonstrating excellent menu knowledge and a genuine desire to care for our guests. Your role involves providing table service, taking orders, delivering orders, and ensuring that every member has an enjoyable dining experience. We have AM, Mid-Day, and PM shifts available to accommodate your schedule.
As a Server, your responsibilities include warmly greeting and attending to members' tables while efficiently taking and delivering food and beverage orders, showcasing menu knowledge, and addressing member concerns. You will also perform wine service and maintain open communication with the team, support staff, and management while assisting with restaurant tasks and fulfilling additional assigned duties to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate should have a high school education, and previous related experience, preferably with knowledge of wine and cocktails. They should possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, operate a point-of-sale system, and have a proactive attitude in assisting people.
