What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily shift operations with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, food quality, and execution
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating strong first impressions and maintaining high service standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at a high level and follow Wingstop brand standards
- Drive key performance metrics including Speed of Service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction
- Support labor management through effective scheduling, break management, and real-time decision making
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization to ensure restaurants remain QSC-ready at all times
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support food cost control through proper operational procedures
- Execute cash handling and POS responsibilities with accuracy and accountability
- Lead with urgency, energy, and professionalism while holding the team accountable each shift
