Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface sanitization and dust removal (for post-construction cleans)
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and used safely according to protocols
- Follow sanitation standards rigorously to promote health and safety in all environments
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Experience with laundry services or commercial cleaning is a plus
- Familiarity with janitorial supplies and safety protocols to ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
