Experienced Bartender (Part-Time) – The Club Lemont
The Club Lemont is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. We are a restaurant, cocktail bar, and indoor golf venue located in downtown Lemont, featuring five state-of-the-art golf simulators, craft cocktails, great food, and a lively atmosphere.
This is a part-time position averaging 10–15 hours per week, primarily evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Accurately enter orders and process payments
- Work closely with servers, food runners, and kitchen staff
- Follow all Illinois liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
- Assist with opening, closing, and inventory procedures
- Help create an energetic atmosphere during sports events, golf leagues, and live entertainment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience required
- Current Illinois BASSET certification required
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Toast POS is a plus
- Serving experience is highly preferred
- Experience in high-volume restaurants, sports bars, or hospitality venues
Additional Opportunities
Candidates with serving experience may have the opportunity to pick up serving shifts in addition to bartending shifts for additional hours and income.
