Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments/guests
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using our Lodgistics Application
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Customer service skills to interact with guests and employees to address their maintenance needs
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus
