Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs.
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal and painting.
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience in auto body repair is a plus.
- Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
