Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, has a full-time remote supervisor. This position does require you to pick up equipment at our office in Tallahassee.
As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives that assist customers with MA Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and related tasks.

Qualifications:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with call center operations required.
- Strong PC proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Excel) required.
- Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
- Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
