The Executive Suites & Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the executive suites, driving occupancy through leasing and marketing efforts, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for executive suite tenants and prospects while supporting broader property operations.

The Executive Suites & Leasing Manager will earn commissions on new leases and renewals.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Suite Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of executive office suites.
- Maintain high standards for suite presentation, cleanliness, and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnover.
- Ensure common areas are welcoming and professionally maintained.
Leasing & Business Development
- Conduct tours for prospective tenants.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries.
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, outreach, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare lease agreements and onboarding documents.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize occupancy.
- Achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets.
- Earn commissions on executed lease agreements and renewals.
Tenant Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for executive suite tenants.
- Build strong relationships and foster tenant retention.
- Address concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Create a positive and engaging business environment.
Billing & Administrative Management
- Manage tenant billing and invoicing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate tenant and lease records.
- Prepare occupancy and leasing reports.
Marketing & Technology
- Manage executive suite marketing efforts, including website listings, social media, email campaigns, and local outreach.
- Develop creative strategies to increase occupancy and visibility.
- Utilize CRM and property management software to track leads and leasing activity.
- Assist with office technology, access systems, and tenant support.
Property Management Development
- Assist with property operations as assigned.
- Learn key property management functions, including budgeting, vendor management, inspections, and tenant relations.
- Provide operational support to the Property Manager.
- Prepare for advancement into a future Property Manager role.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or business operations preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Technology-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Marketing and social media experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary.
- Leasing commissions on new leases and renewals.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
