We're creating a new Growth Marketing Analyst role to be the data engine behind our marketing and go-to-market efforts. You'll turn raw data from our dashboards and campaigns into clear insights and recommendations that help our operating companies grow.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position. You'll work directly with our growth and partnerships teams having visibility into our operating companies, and you'll support how we measure, communicate, and act on growth. If you love finding the story in the data and then making sure someone actually acts on it, we'd love to meet you.
Partner with marketing to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns, surfacing opportunities to improve performance.
Analytical & technical skills
Technology-forward, you actively leverage AI and modern tools to work smarter, automate the routine, and solve problems more efficiently.
Comfort building dashboards, running reports, and validating data accuracy in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
Marketing operations & campaign execution
Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns (email, landing pages, workflows, ABM).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms, list building, campaign setup, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, 6sense, ZoomInfo) and the ability to interpret account-level intent data.
A growth mindset, eager to learn new industries and business models, experiment, and adapt as our function evolves.
