Document Production Specialist — Role Overview
A Document Production Specialist is responsible for creating, formatting, and managing high-quality documents to meet the needs of our clients. This role often involves using advanced word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools to produce legal responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Document creation and editing: Revise and correct documents using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
- Formatting and conversion: Reformat documents and convert between file formats.
- Proofreading and quality control: Verify legal responses received are complete and accurate.
- Compliance and security: Follow company security protocols, maintain confidentiality, and ensure HIPAA or other compliance standards where applicable.
- Collaboration: Work autonomously on assignments while also supporting team-based document production needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are willing to teach.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
