We are an established and growing service company seeking a Customer Service Representative / Part Time Dispatcher who is committed to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our technicians and customers receive timely, professional support.
This is a critical role within our company. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of urgency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Coordinate service calls for Plumbing, HVAC, Industrial, and Wet Vac divisions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules and updates.
- Follow up with customers by phone as needed to ensure outstanding service.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Support the team by assisting wherever needed to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy is essential.
- A genuine sense of urgency and ability to work well without constant supervision.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch software.
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule & Expectations
- Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.
- Open availability to work some holidays as business needs require.
- Willingness to cover teammates' shifts during vacations or absences.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute every day.
- Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
