0–3 years of professional experience in a data-driven, operational, customer service, finance, administrative, or shared services environment. Fluent Spanish language skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity tools. No prior LATAM payroll experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop expertise in payroll processes, compliance requirements, and country-specific regulations across the LATAM region.
