Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with wireless sales and promotions
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring and training new employees
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist with pricing and merchandising activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail sales is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Sales management experience is beneficial
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
