- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Operate basic machinery or equipment following safety protocols when trained and authorized
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, or minor repairs to maintain a safe environment
- Follow safety guidelines diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team setting
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
